Sunbathe and surf on the beach, or simply relax at the house deck The architecture of the house is designed to enjoy a clear view of the surrounding hills, with wide and high windows to the front and back. Throughout the house there are glass doors connecting to the gardens. An ample deck with garden furniture and umbrellas let you snack, rest and organize all sorts of recreational activities (Ah, there is a ping pong table too). The designer lighting allows for night activities. Entering the house there is a large hall with access to the drawing room, integrated kitchen and a corridor for accessing bedrooms and bathrooms. The living-room and integrated kitchen area have modern designer furniture, with a black granite center isle, provide a large and comfortable space for daily family and social activities. It features a side Spanish Levante wood iron stove that provides quick and natural heating when necessary. There is a full HD TV smartTV (it has a Roku device). Wifi Internet free (high speed and unlimited). Next to the kitchen there is a closed large barbecue with a table and 8 chairs. The glass doors take you to the gardens. There are many closets both in the kitchen and the barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric kettle, mixer, and other appliances. There is silverware and plates for 10 people. There is a washing machine in the barbecue room. The bedrooms area has three rooms, all with air conditioner and closets, and two full bathrooms (wc, shower and bidet). One of the bathrooms has a bathtub, and the other is a semi-suite (there is a door that can connect it to the main room). The main room has a full double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds (that can be joined together). The third room has a trundle bed with accessory wheels for easy movement. The modern designer lighting with led lamps for both interior and exterior lighting allow you to enjoy both night and day. We'll be on call and at your service for any guest needs and will take care of any issues that may arise during your stay to ensure you enjoy your time in our house. We have trusted and friendly staff that will also be available and close by for cleaning and maintenance chores. Water consumption expenses are included in the price. Electric bill is not included and is charged separately. The house has easy and fast access. There are various nearby services for all common needs (restaurants, supermarkets and parks). The surrounding area is very quiet and safe. Nonetheless, the house is armed with security alarm and a responsive security team that will show up in minutes if the security alarm is activated. Outdoor security cameras (perimeter view), not indoor cameras . The house and gardens are surrounded by a wire fence. Both front and back gardens have outdoor security lighting.
