Farm stay El Oasis

El Oasis is a quaint, private retreat set in a beautiful farm and country garden, all surrounded by nature. The charming cottage is adorned with sophisticated finishings and attention to detail which makes the spacious handcrafted cottage a perfect place to relax and unwind. The farm stay El Oasis, is located in the village of La Mesa de Los Santos, Santander, 40 minutes away from Bucaramanga, at 1,500 meters above sea level with an average temperature between 64 and 77 degrees Fahrenheit. The Oasis has three bedrooms - one with a full-size bed and private bathroom, another with a queen-size bed and private bathroom, and the third room has two sets of bunk beds. All beds also have a pull-out mattress. The living room has a fireplace. Once you step outside, there is a pergola which is covered in diverse flowers. The pergola has a table with a view of the reservoir and the front garden. We recommend enjoying breakfast out here as it is a great spot to watch hummingbirds zip by as they enjoy their breakfast at the nearby birdhouses. The outdoor area has a fire pit, where we recommend roasting s'mores. You will also find a kiosk with an outdoor grill and table. From the kiosk, you will have a view of a small field - perfect for playing futbol. Beyond that, you will see three little barns. This is home to our diverse variety of chickens and two goats - all of which you are welcome to pet! If you wish to befriend the goats, we recommend stepping into the vegetable garden and picking some lettuce for your new friends. There are also cows on the property, which you are welcome to learn how to milk should you want that experience. In addition to the home, you will have access to the fire pit, kiosk with outdoor grill and picnic table, the chicken and goat barn, and the organic vegetable garden.
