Security and Maintenance: There is a separate guard 's house where there is a person in charge of maintenance, special needs and who is an asset for surveillance. All spaces available to guests, except guard's house. There’s a caretaker/guard on property available and I’m available by email, text or calls. It’s in front of the beach, our backyard is the ocean. There are food markets, restaurants, tour agencies and transfer services to go fishing or to visit the Gulf of Nicoya, Arenal, Jaco, Caldera and many other destinations. There is also a hospital near the property. There’s plenty of parking space within the property and roofed space for two cars. Best way to get around is by car but there is taxi service and a bus stop within 100 meters from the front door (Across the street from the hospital). Direct access to Costanera South towards Los Sueños, Jacó, Manuel Antonio, and Osa. Also direct access to International Highway #1 North towards Guanacaste. Just six miles away from ferry lines to Guanacaste and touring facilities including Nicoya Gulf, islands, fishing, etc.
