Away from mass tourism - to get to know the real Costa Rica - Custom and culture The Apartment is hidden 10 km from Parrita and 15 km to the nearest beach in the beautiful mountainside of the central pacific coast. Surrounded by the jungle and many plantations such as Banana, Papaya, Rice, Watermelon, Palm oil trees. There are two grocery stores and two basic restaurants within a radius of 2 to 4 km. The road to town and beach is mostly unpaved, so a 4x4 vehicel is recomendet ! there is a public bus to Parrita three times a day, but you have to walk 1 mile from our place to the bus stop. The accommodation provides two bedrooms (one queen size and one bunk bed), one bathroom and kitchen which is fully equipped. The terrace provides enough space and hammocks are available to relax from a busy sightseeing tour. In Parrita you will find everything you need such as ATMs, Supermarket, Restaurants, Bars, Doctors etc. The area offers a lot of things to do and to visit: - Canopy tour - Waterfalls - visiting Chocolate factory - Crocodiles - Spice farm - Manuel Antonio national park - Rainmaker and lots more.
