This is a NEW apartment in the very heart of Buenos Aires close to metro. The area is safe, the avenue has wide pedestrian part so there are always people. The apartment is on 6th floor so you will always have lots of sunlight and wide views. Bed sheets and towels are supplied. The place looks exactly as in the photos and I always try hard that my guests feel at home and help whenever they need it. This is a 37m² NEW apartment in the very heart of Buenos Aires. A few metres to the Metro, and to all the main bus lines. This apartment is situated in 6th floor so there is sunlight coming from the balcony in the morning and from the living room in the evening. I decorated it in chocolate brown color and also painted a tree on a white side of a wall. What you see on the photos is exactly what you will find when you come to the apartment: there are no photoshop tricks here. The place looks bright because it is NEW and immaculate because everything is very clean. The apartment is fully furnished, Wi-Fi connection, microwave, oven, refrigerator, air conditioning, bedclothes, table & kitchen utensils. The neigbourhood is safe, lively and famous for its tango and theatre performances, historic cafeterias, and restaurants. All of them a few metres from our place. The price includes everything: water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi . Maid service is once a week starting from second week. It is a very bright apartment with lots of sun light, located in Boedo Avenue, close to Avenida de la Independencia, one of the main avenues of Buenos Aires. It is a great location and also a very safe location. Experience the real Buenos Aires, in one of the best and most traditional neighborhoods of the city! I am most of the time online, it's easy to reach me by phone as well. Boedo is one of the most antique, safe and traditional neighborhoods of Buenos Aires. Boedo is well known for its tango related history, Milongas (Tango dancing nightclubs), poets, and old cafes, bars. Although the neighborhood has recently been renewed a special effort has been put to preserve its original charm. Here the first independent theaters were founded, and in the still running cafes the famous ¨grupo de Boedo¨ - a collective of well known intellectuals and artists of the time - began their gatherings. The apartments are located only 500 meters from the Underground that will take you to the Plaza de Mayo (main square), Puerto Madero or San Telmo in a few minutes. You may also choose traveling by bus since all the major bus routes pass through Boedo. Lot's of buses pass the area and also metro station is only in 500 metres, it will take you to any location easily. There is a laundry shop downstairs, many restaurants and cafes around, the avenue is large and full of people most of the time, easy to catch a taxi. Also a bank is on the corner.
