The bedroom is composed of, the bed, a table, around the house you can use other table and chairs to work confortable We share a kitchen, one bathroom and a terrace, a pool, a garage. The apartment is modern with latest technology appliances for the smart work You will share, the kitchen, the living room, pool, garage I am always available for any help you may need but I won't come to my house unannounced. If you wish to socialize, let me know, I’ll be happy to go out for a drink and get to know each other! I live in the same building. But you have total privacy and total assistance. I know the best places to go on a trip for free or paid in Turrialba Very central. The University of Costa Rica is 500 meters away and the metro is 5 minutes walk. At the same time, you are in a quiet place where most residents live. The area is great for long term stays and remote working: - Gyms: there are different Gyms nearby, I go to one is call Snake and cost less than $30/month. They are also, Yoga, Crossfit, functional, swimming pool, adventure tours. Also, dance classes, theatre, - Co-working: I trying to have a coworking space at my place. - A 7 minutes walk will take you to an Ajonjolí Restaurant, a 10 minutes walk to a local bar “Chavelos Bar” which is a local bar. - At the corner, 15 minutes, there’s my personal barber: $6 for a clean and super local hair cut. For ladies, I will suggest the most appropriate solution according to needs. - All within walking distance: several pharmacies, a clinic and a Hospital (the “Fate Male Sorelle”). Turrialba is a country for old men and young people, so no shortage of healthcare! - There are several local restaurants with Menu in the area. I’ll suggest a few. These are great options for when you don’t want to cook and eat something nice and affordable. - Closest supermarket: 7 minutes, the Prix Discount, 10 minutes a Coop (better quality stuff and much bigger) and several local shops (bakery, butcher and so on). I have a precise map in the house and I will be happy to share my shopping secrets! - Broken phone or computer? There’s a repair shop in the same building, the owner, Carlos, is my friend, but if you need some specific repair I’ll be happy to help you find the best Ciudadela Jorge de Bravo, Turrialba. DIGITAL NOMADS FRIENDLY This bedroom was specially conceived for Digital Nomads and remote workers for one to several months stays. Plugs anywhere, anytime. - International adapters. - Assistance with transport tickets: you will probably buy monthly passes and I have prepared all the information for you in order to smooth your landing. - It's a very calm area, with no street noise. - The table is in front of the window so you can get a lot of light. - in summer you can even work from outside. The space is private and there's a garden, terrace, pool. - The kitchen is really fully equipped and the low-cost Prix supermarket is 7 minutes walk away. A better quality one Coop is 16 minutes walk. - Several places where to work from: the desk, the sofa (you can use it with the special laptop, a table I provide), the kitchen table and the bed (again with laptop table). - 3 sets of sheets and towels. KITCHEN Modern kitchen with great gas burners, dishwasher, and all you may need. Very well equipped with new items. You can cook all you need. Since you stay a long time I’ll be happy to buy some extra items if you need them, so just let me know. BATHROOM The bathroom is modern and comfortable with a power shower. We have Solar panel for Hot Watter BEDROOM Nice double bed 190x160 cm, good quality (Ikea KnapStad, memory foam mattress, medium firm). Plenty of room in wardrobes. INTERNET Broadband and mobile backup: 1) Free broadband wifi, unlimited. The router is in the apartment and it’s a powerful TP-Link TL-MR6400 with LAN ports and Wifi. 2) HUAWEI E5330 3G Mobile Hotspot: backup sim based portable wifi (10 Mbps, download and upload). You can take this with you when you go around. Traffic not included but I will tell you how to top it up. Please ask me any questions if wish before you book.
