This home comfortable and very clean. This home is close to a Irving Convenience store with Greco pizza and a gas bar. Next door to the Town Hall with a public library. It is 1 km from New World Island Academy and less than 2 km from Farr’s Foodland, Home Hardware and a Pharmacy. This home is located in Summerford on the main highway, route 340. There’s a Irving Convenience Store with Greco pizza and a gas bar that’s only a couple of minutes away. There is also a beautiful hiking trail in close proximity. We are just 20 minutes drive from the historical town of Twillingate and 30 minutes from Fogo and Change Islands ferry. There’s lots to do in these areas, boat tours, iceberg and whale watching. There are dinner theatres to enjoy in the evening. Visit Long Point Lighthouse which gives an awesome view of the Atlantic Ocean.
