You can also move around on bicycles, devil's skates, Uber, Taxi or public transportation. If you have a car remember that we have courtesy parking. Other Things to Note: For security reasons, official identifications of the reservation holder and his companions are required to check in (they can be requested before arrival to speed up the process). * Smoking is not allowed inside the building or the apartment (except for the rooftop). You will be fined if you break this rule. * In case of possible incidents, an extra charge of 300 USD will be applied. * We’re pet friendly, but a $200 deposit may be charged to cover any incidents.
