The Treview

The charm of an older home that has had a complete and modern update. "The TreView " is a second level apartment with a private entrance, a deck off the kitchen, two bedrooms, both with new queen size beds, a kitchen and bathroom that have been beautifully renovated, and are both modern and functional. There is a sweet alcove for dining or computer work and a comfortable living room for relaxing or watching Netflix. Thoughtfully furnished and equipted for short or long term rental. There is a private entrance with a downstairs hall for coats and boots. You walk up a set of Chinese Red Steps to the second level apartment. There is a hallwayl here with a coat rack and a table for your keys and purse. The bathroom has a nicely deep newly refurbished cast iron tub, that it so very comfortable. There is additional shelving for your toiletries and a new sink and toilet. The kitchen has all new cabinetry with soft close drawers and a large pantry cabinet for all your food storage. There is a small table there that sits 3 comfortably which is on rolling legs , so can be moved out for more access if necessary. There is a patio door in the kitchen as well as a window so it is a bright and open feeling space. There are blinds on both the door and window to make it cozy at night. The patio door leads out to a small deck surrounded by trees. There is a table and 2 chairs with cushions there and the kitchen chairs can be moved out if additional seating is needed. There are stairs going off this level into the back yard that is your emergency exit They are quite high and this area is not for young children. There are separate thermostats in each room for your comfort and convenience and a window air conditioner in the living room that cools the apartment nicely. Both bedroom have queen size beds with reading lights on each side of bed. The headboard incorporates a shelf on each side for your phone or tablet, books , water etc. There is space in each bedroom for clothing and personal belongings . There are both blinds and curtains for the amount of light and privacy you need. Treview is a quiet and comfortable place. It has a feeling of tranquility and calm. We are always available by text message or phone. There will be a lock box for your key and instructions inside as to the everyday functioning of the apartment and how to access the Internet. Normally you will check yourself in and out. We ask that you give us an approximate arrival time so we can leave lights on for you if it is after dark , and to let us know when you are leaving so we can come in ti clean. If you need an earlier check in or later checkout time please send us your request and we will accommodate you if we can. The house is in a residential neighbourhood , one street above King St which is the main Street of the downtown and which runs next to the river. It is a short walk to the downtown, and the Bridgewater mall. There is a coffee shop about 5 minutes away and a few restaurants. There is a beautiful park two streets up with a duck pond. Bridgewater does have one public transport bus and a taxi service.
