Our Airbnb is special as it offers not just a bedroom & bath, but also a lounge room to hang out in, eat dinner🍷, TV. Small studio/loft. Lounge rm. private sleeping room (dbl bed/moderately firm foam mattress), bath, massage chair, priv entry, fridge,microwave, two private outdoor decks for your use. STAIRWAY ACCESS! Cute small private suite/loft in great location (downtown Los Gatos). Private entry off deck (stairway access). The studio is very casual and non pretentious and I provide a space basically for you to kick back and enjoy your visit. Furniture is very informal but works well for guests needs. EVERYTHING is washed and cleaned between guests. My goal is basically that you are comfortable and relaxed when you stay in our little studio loft. You are able to Walk to everything. Access is via outside STAIRS. This studio is adjacent to the main residence but you never have to enter the host residence and I do not enter your section of the studio while you are here unless you request that I do. Private access to unit. Access is via outside staircase. Outdoor deck with nice view for having coffee or wine or even dinner. BBQ downstairs if interested. Complete privacy to the studio. Host does not enter during the time that you are here unless you request some cleaning to be done. Note. Access via outdoor staircase in case stairs are a problem. Upon arrival and leaving. If need be available for discussions on local area. If late arrival is necessary self check in is provided for you as well as self check out. Nice upscale neighborhood. Walking distance to everything. We are a block from downtown Los Gatos shops, theater and many restaurants. No need to take car. Hiking trails within two blocks. Easy access to transportation. One hour from San Francisco and 30 minutes to Santa Cruz Beach. Local transportation nearby. Cal train to San Francisco. Uber and Lyft in the area. Many very good restaurants and nice shops in town just a few blocks away. Beautiful theater. Hiking trail down the street. Winery up the hill. One hour from San Francisco. 30 minutes to beach in Santa Cruz. Levi Stadium about 25 minutes. Very well located. No need for car. Local transportation nearby. Area uses Uber and Lyft.
