Loft with private bathroom near metro station

Contemporary, new furniture, the studio is part of an old, now renovated, warehouse. Nespresso coffe machine on the kitchen counter. Near Metro B1 station LIBIA, 5 stops away from Termini station and 7 from Colosseum. Contemporary and with new furniture, the studio apartment is part of an old warehouse. Once it was a wine and oil storage but now it's totally renovated and fully equipped. Very comfortable King size bed with memory foam mattress, heated underblanket, memory foam and feather pillows, sofa bed, 46"TV, BD/DVD player, NETFLIX account, PC (english Win7) with Mediacenter (movies in english and italian), wi-fi, fridge, microwave, washing machine, kettle, tea and coffee facilities, bed linen and towels. You'll have the main door and the studio keys, so you can have your own freedom and privacy. We provide some guidebooks and maps in english, italian and french, so you can plan where to go everyday. In the cupboard in the room there are wine goblets, flutes, glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery (incl. corkscrew, scissors, bottle opener). You can override the programmed central heating using the remote thermostat in your room. In summer you can use the air conditioning. The pc is connected to the internet and has also a Full VPN if you want to access geoblocked content. (some sites don't allow that). There are also some movies, tv series and documentaries (in english and some in italian) on my server, with direct access to it on the desktop. You will find also a Roku Player with Netflix account and some international channels Chance to add 1 bed. Private Kitchen in the corridor from the main door to the room, with Nespresso coffe machine! In less than 10 minutes walking there is the "LIBIA" metro station, on the same metro line of TERMINI Railway station (connection with A metro line) and COLOSSEO station, from where you can walk to all the main attractions (except for the Vatican that is on the A line). We live next door, so if you need anything, Luigi is more or less always available. But if you need your privacy, nobody bothers you. The washing machine is in another bathroom outside the door of the studio apartment, so it will not bother you while it's running. We provide also detergent, softner and clotheslines. If you need to dry quickly your clothes, once washed, put them in the basket and give them to Luigi, he will dry them for you and bring them back to you when dried. Also the kitchen is outside the apartment door and it's for your private use, but let me tell you that in this area there are many good and cheap restaurants, pizzerias, takeaway pizza, that you will hardly use the kitchen... Italy is famous for good food. Private access to the main entrance and to the studio apartment. You have the keys of your own main entrance and it's not shared with our own, so you can get-in and get-out in complete freedom and without (unless you want it) meeting us. We have no free parking, but there is guarded parking 200 meters away that is cheap (10€/24hrs). We love our guests and we'll do our best to make their stay a wonderful experience. I (Tiziana) am often away for work, so Luigi will take care of you with same love and care! Since we live in another side of the Loft, we can be very helpful or invisible, as you prefer! Kinky e LGBT friendly. Quiet and real Roman life! Full of restaurants an supermarkets, pharmacies, banks (ATM), hairdressers, pizzas, laundries. It is well connected with buses and metro / Mertro B1 - stop: LIBIA, then 8 min walk to Via Homs. Well connected to center city (metro and buses, also during the night). I love the neighborhood because it is full of shops and restaurants, deli, markets, ice-cream shops and cinemas. There is a car park very close and very cheap. Viale Libia is perfect for your shopping (tezenis, intimissimi, calzedonia, footlocker, benetton...) Consider that Rome is the second biggest city in Europe. The studio apartment is in a nice, quiet and safe area near the city center, but you have to get the metro (the station "LIBIA" is very close, around 8 minutes walking and 7 stops away from the Colossuem) to reach the main attractions. The building was an old warehouse, so the outside looks like one. The room and the toilette have a window, if you expect a penthouse or a terrace, i'm sorry, but as said before, The building was an old olive oil and wine storage.
