Quiet, charming, spacious, and fully air conditioned 2 family home that is fully equipped! Just bring your clothes!! 1000+ sq ft! Our Home is located in a quiet residential area at the end of a dead end street. Centrally locates to all area attractions. Cabo Rojo plaza-5 minutes Playa Buye- 20 min Boquerón- 15 minutes Combate- 20 minutes Playa Sucia/ El Faro lighthouse- 35 minutes San German-15 minutes Surf N Fun water park - 15 minutes Golf course/Joyuda- 15 minutes Parguera-25 minutes. Fully air conditioned space! Ceiling fans throughout. There is access to the side yard which has a 35” barrel charcoal grill and outdoor table with umbrella and chairs. You must bring your own charcoal. This apartment has a 42” smartTV in the living room as well as a smart tv in each bedroom. WiFi included! We have provided books, cards, dominoes , and board games for other forms of entertainment. There is a basketball hoop on the property and a basketball is in the apartment for your use. We also provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler for your convenience. Please clean them off and put them away before you check out. Please remember that this is a tropical island and you may see an occasional insect or lizard. Our home is regularly exterminated but there’s no way to eradicate everything. Also, there are roosters in the area that do get a little loud at times. There is an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach. We clean everything with bleach and/or disinfectant before and after each stay! You can feel confident about the cleanliness of our place! There is a $50 per person charge if you have more than 4 people. ABSOLUTELY no pets!! There are security cameras and you will be charged for extra people and asked to leave if you bring a pet! This is a quiet residential area with great locals that look out for one another. There is no public transportation in this area of the island. You will need a car. You may park anywhere on the private road in front of the house. Please do not block the mailbox or trash cans.
