The Oversized Bathroom includes a convenient brand-new Laundry with Washer/Dryer, brand new immaculate white subway tiled bathtub and shower and TOTO toilet. A long, paved driveway with your own private, stone walled entrance, can park multiple cars with space for Kayaks and an immaculate horse barn shed is available for your convenience to store bicycles or camping equipment, etc. keeping them protected from the elements. Meet the Owner : Margee Minier, a 34 year resident of Brookfield, knows Northern Fairfield County, Connecticut quite well. She will be able to advise you and make recommendations for great hideaway restaurants, local dining and shopping, as well as hiking and various outdoor activities. Margee is bi-lingual (French/English), is a world traveler, artist/designer and an avid gardener. She has lived and worked in twenty countries, including fifteen years in France and Tahiti. Margee is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from The Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC, ( (Website hidden by Airbnb) She assists in the Sustainable Fashion Movement around the world, teaches French and Fashion Design, is a Seamstress extraordinaire as well as a charcoal portrait artist. Margee follows Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines You'll have the entire Carriage House all for yourself, with your own private driveway, gardens and yard. There is also a Fashion Design Studio located in another area on the property where a Professional Garment Steamer is available, and where Margee is available for sewing alterations. Margee also offers Aroma Touch Healing Sessions in her 'Zen' massage room located in her own home on the same property. There are two houses on the property. I live in the main house. The Carriage House is a completely separate building located on the same piece of property.I work locally and at home and am available via text or call throughout the day. Once I have greeted you, your total privacy is respected, although I am always available any further inquiries, needs or questions. You will staying in a lovely wooded residential area of individual homes, mostly one to two acre lots so there is plenty of privacy.
