Room with varanda and private bath

Large room with varanda facing the sunset.Quiet street close to Vila Madalena and Sumaré metro stations. Private bathroom. Cable TV 29' inside the room, wireless internet. Open kitchen for vegetarian meals only. My home was built about 60 years ago so the rooms are quite big made with solid bricks and it looks warm, cosy but also quite modern. That's because when I bought it almost 10 years ago I knocked down a few walls so I have quite a good space at the ground floor. You can be cooking and talking to the people at the front yard. But actually as I enjoy very much cooking we have a confortable sofa in the kitchen!!! I also built a nice back yard with tropical plants where you can use for reading, relaxing or just having a chat with Maria Faísca, my female dog. We also have 2 nice cats. Although we are not far from downtown and even pretty close do Vila Madalena nightlife the blocks around my home are quite residencial with beautiful trees... The most beautiful one is just in front of the varanda you are going to stay. From the varanda you can hear and see many birds breeding such as small parrots, sabiás, bem-ti-vis and humming birds too. The street behind my home has many shops, banks and restaurants. There is also a 24hs huge supermarket with a cafe shop for late meals! And a 24hs Chemistry for any emergency. In a walking distance (about 15') there is a good Center Mall with one of the best Cinema in town!!! (10 different movies 3D) You can also walk to a nice little park where you can have Tai Chi free lessons in the morning or just relax and read or (Website hidden by Airbnb) the entrance you can taste some sweet coconut water from Sr. Zé do coco! You can walk (about 20') to the metro station or take many buses from very close to my place to anywhere in Sao Paulo. What makes my place really special is that you can spend all day in a very metropolitan noisy city surrounded by everything you are used to in a big town BUT you can still relax, have a good and confortable night sleep and be waked by the sound of the birds... and if I'm home, with the smell of fresh grounded coffee!
