You can walk to the downtown area with restaurants with live music and shops just within 10 minutes. Access to the StFX Pool and to the Charles V. Keating Centre Gym included! Also, access to our gourmet kitchen (shared) and laundry facilities (free of use), which are shared spaces. There's no fee for laundry, just bring your own soap. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with pans, pots, dishes and silverware. Hair dryers, irons and ironing boards are always available at the front desk. We have a front desk open 24 hours and employees always eager to help you. Housekeeping is not included in the rate. Please note that tax (15%) is to be collected upon arrival is this is commercial housing.
