One Bedroom (handicap accessible) apartment detached from our home but shares the yard and drive way. Apartment has 3 rooms total. Kitchen / living area, bedroom and bath. Great for short or month long stays. Very close to Holston Valley and perfect for traveling professionals. Beautiful, private yard in the heart of downtown Kingsport. We are close to downtown and only 0.8 miles away from Ballad Health. Perfect location for traveling nurses or other professionals. We are one street up from the Greenbelt, a 9 mile biking/walking trail. Guest have full access of apartment. We are usually at home available for any questions or issues. Older neighborhood in the heart of Kingsport, directly off the historic district. Very quiet and safe area. Parking is available in our driveway. Just be mindful not to block in our personal cars. Entrance to apartment is directly past the garage. There is a small metal gate to walk through and apartment door will be immediately on your right. The key will be in a master lock on the gate.
