A splendid detached air conditioned 2-bedroom villa with en-suite facilities. Our Grenada villa offers comfort & privacy during your stay. Set within its own large lush tropical grounds, with a commanding view of Lance Aux Epinés Bay & the Caribbean Sea. The views and the scenery across the Caribbean Sea from the property are spectacular. COVID 19: FULLY VACCINATED VISITORS-WITH A NEGATIVE PCR TEST NO QUARANTINE IS REQUIRED. CHECK GRENADA MINISTRY OF HEALTH FOR ENTRY PROTOCOLS. The villa is set on one floor and is suitable for wheelchair access or those with limited mobility. Our villa is also child friendly, but we advise parents to fully supervise children's use of our pool at all times. We have found that parents set up pool rules and children are always happy with that. You will have exclusive access to the property during your stay. Our staff service the vila but do not live on the property. We do ask our guests though to tidy up in between visits, and keep a change of linen to a minimum We have a housekeeper and a maid who will attend the property on arrival and is there on hand during your stay. We have a Property Manager on the island in the case of any major problems or disputes. We also have a good maintenance team who will attend to anything that goes wrong. Guests have exclusive use of the property. There is no live in staff NB::::Grenada currently has active COVID cases. There are conditions of entry to the island with flexibility if you are double jabbed. Testing negative pre flight and tested negative on arrival avoids quarantining rules. Our villa has been cleared for you to self isolate in. Please refer to the website for the Grenada Ministry of Health protocols on entry. We can guide and support you through these procedures. This special Caribbean villa is situated in a fashionable and exclusive residential area on the south coast end of the island of Grenada. We suggest a car rental, details we can assist you with. If you don't want to hire a vehicle then there are buses that pass by the house and of course taxi's to request on demand too You are expected to take care of the property at all times. The property must be locked at all times especially when you go out. Grenada is current controlling COVID cases. Our property is fully sanitised and has necessary hand sanitisers Grenada currently does not many COVID cases because there are conditions of entry to the island from areas that have low/high cases of this disease.
