Lakefront guest house just minutes from I-75 and the FL/GA line. Located on beautiful Long Pond in Lake Park, Georgia. Amenities include; Pedal Boat, Kayak, Fishing, Swimming, Grilling, Bon Fires, and a White Sandy Beach. Property is gated and located in a quiet cul de sac. Relax on the porch with beautiful lake views and amazing sunsets. TV has Netflix, Disney Plus, and DirecTV. Less than a mile from Winn Dixie, Taco Bell, Chick-Fil-A, Zaxbys, etc. Must be 21+ years of age. Dog friendly! This is a one bedroom studio guest house located right next to our house. It sleeps 4 with a king size bed and a queen futon that overlooks the lake. The property is fenced all the way around with an automatic front gate. We put up a temporary fence on our house so our dogs will stay on our side of the property during your stay. Guests have their own parking spaces and Guesthouse with full privacy. The property is gated and guests will have access to their own gate clicker and guest house key. My family and I live next door and are available for all our guests needs any time of the day. We have two dogs. Located a mile off of Exit 5 on I-75 in south Georgia. Thank you! *** We have a Rottweiler named Hagi, and a Doberman named Rocky. They are great dogs, they don’t bite, super friendly, and sweet.
