Charming and safe unique good vibe house

Ideal spot for visits downtown and day trips to national parks, volcanoes, beaches, etc. On quiet street near large green area of the UCR Sports Facilities. Shops and buses nearby. People always enjoy the peace they find here, for work or leisure. A cozy place with a unique as well as practical design. Nice and luminous atmosphere full of harmony: just being here will make you feel good. My home is very comfortable for 1 or 2 guests. Main bedroom has a twin bed (140x200cm). Single bedroom has a 1-person bed (100x200cm). You have access to any part of my home. This house is one of 4 on the same property, so we share the entrance from the street, the garden and parking space. You are invited to use the compost bin for organic waste. I will receive you to be sure you arrive well, to show you the house and its details, and to answer your questions. I will be staying in a house nearby and you can contact me whenever you need. I can also give you some ideas and advice for trips and things to see and do and we can eventually share some activities if you like. And... you are welcome to come along with me and try any of my Qigong-Taichi classes! Enjoy the quiet street with a huge green area of the Sports Facilities of the UCR (University of Costa Rica) just in front, with lots of trails, trees and birds. And very near anything you could need and like from San Pedro, UCR campus area and San José: all kinds of restaurants and shops, banks, supermarket, market, cinema, museum, theater, health care, etc. You will find some information at the end of this page and more in tip sheets at the house. Bus stops to and from San José at 100m. You can call for a taxi or stop one on the road. There is no parking included on the property, but you can easily park in front of the house on the street. You can take a taxi from the airport that will charge about US$40-45. If you like I can recommend someone to pick you up who knows my place and can bring you here for about US$30. Other Airbnb'ers had good experiences with him (see reviews). Parking is not available on the property. It is safe to park your car on the street in front of the house. It is a private, dead-end street, there aren't many cars or people going around.
