Also includes a tv with wifi for cozy evenings or rainy days The home has a full kitchen with everything you need, laundry in house, a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The entire home is yours to enjoy! The home features a spacious entrance/sunroom and kitchen, equipped with all the comforts of home, cookware and dining essentials. Two cozy bedrooms with comfy bedding and a 4 piece bathroom. The large living area can accommodate 2 additional guest sleeping arrangements with a pullout couch. Comes with all the summer essentials- a bbq for evening cookouts, air conditioning for hot summer days and a backyard bonfire pit. The home is just a few blocks away from the lake, Moonlight Beach and the playground. And a short drive or peaceful stroll to downtown Gimli, the main Gimli Beach, shops and restaurants. Winter is a great time to enjoy ice fishing, cross country skiing or snowmobiling. Bring your snowmobile to enjoy the groomed trails by Interlake Snow Trackers and head out ice fishing. Enjoy the beauty of Camp Morton Provincial Park by taking in the groomed cross country ski trails, walking and snow shoe trails. The entire home and yard is yours to enjoy! The entire home is yours, however should you need something please call or send a message. The cottage is located in a quiet neighbourhood. It’s just a short 5-10 minute walk into the heart of Gimli to enjoy the shops, restaurants and local Icelandic culture. Take a 10-15 minute drive North to very popular Arnes Farmers market (open summer weekends) or to the Hnausa General Store. An hour North will take you to Hecla Island for some hiking or a beautiful and scenic day trip. Also 10 minutes North is Camp Morton Provincial Park that features endless hiking trails, cross country skiing in the winter, beautiful beaches, lakefront walks and trails and endless historic sites and information A short walk will give you access to everything Gimli has to offer. Or take a nice walk along 3rd Avenue to see the lake. Feel free to bring your bikes as well! Snowmobiles and cross country skis are a great way to enjoy the area in the winter months. Please Note: Pets are typically welcome, please just send a quick request prior to booking! There is an additional $50 pet fee Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding/blankets. Please bring everything your pet may need. Guests must clean up after pets and have pets on a leash at all times when outdoors. Any checkout instructions that are not followed, will be charged an additional $100 fee The home accommodates 6 guests. It is possible to accommodate additional guests.
