The views are breathtaking, the 24 hour security doormen give you peace of mind, the price is low & there is access to everything needed all around (including the post office, banks, coffee, organic juice bar & grocery store, 24 hour grocery & delis all around, convenient for food delivery & small dog friendly!! You will have full access to the kitchen, living room, TV with cable & internet, bathroom, balcony, private bedroom, laundry room Hi, this is a three bedroom, spacious for Manhattan, apartment with incredible views!! You will have a private room, but will be sharing the common spaces with other guests that have rented during the same time as your stay. I travel a lot, but will be available to answer questions and help out via phone. This is a very chill, laid back apartment that has always been an amazing place to stay. Guests stay out of each other's way and I have housed many from all over the world and I hope you enjoy your stay! =) Shopping! Also the bus to Laguardia airport is a quick trip from us. Get wherever you need to go!!!! The $200 cleaning cost is for your move in & move out cleaning, washing bedding for your initial stay. You take care of washing your own bedding during your stay if staying long term. You DO NOT PAY me the security deposit. It is only shown on here by Airbnb because if there was damage then after your stay they would investigate and deem the appropriate amount out of the deposit if they feel it is correct. That amount is not taken from you up front. This is much better because typically in New York you would pay a security deposit up front and then get it back at the end of your stay.
