Only 2 mins to Englishtown Ferry and the start of the world famous Cabot Trail. Relax on the porch and enjoy the stunning sunsets over the highlands, listen to the ocean waves crashing on the shore. Walk the beach looking for treasures or take a hike on the mountain acreage. This home has been partially renovated but many original features remain. With a large well equipped kitchen you can cook up anything your hearts desire. The living room features a wood burning stove (not in use for the summer months) very comfy seating and fabulous views of the ocean and highlands. You will need your own mode of transport - car, bike, motorcycle as there is no bus route or public transit in the area. Due to the age and location of the property the house is on a septic system. No tissues, tp, or sanitary products can be flushed and must be deposited in the garbage can supplied.
