The perfect escape from the city! Wake up in this lovely townhome located at the base of Kicking Horse Ski Resort! After a day of riding, relax your tired muscles in the private hot tub, cook up a delicious meal in the full kitchen, and relax by the indoor fireplace! Snowshoeing, snowmobiling, mountain biking, white water rafting, and hiking are just a few of the many activities you can do in Golden! The open concept space features a living room with fireplace and pull out bed, large fully equipped kitchen with dining room table, bathroom with in-floor heating, master bedroom with queen bed, and second bedroom with bunk beds! The highlight of the condo is the large deck with private hot tub! Every unit is sanitized and professionally deep cleaned after each stay to ensure the health and safety of all of our guests. The unit has a monitoring device called Noiseware. It DOES NOT measure conversations. It only measures decibel levels to help us prevent loud music and noise complaints. Guests have access to everything in the condo except for a supply closet. The unit must be accessed via stairs. We're only a call or message away! The townhome is close to the Kicking Horse Ski Resort, which is a well known ski hill for all experience levels. There are many trails for snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, hiking and during the summer there are mountain biking trails. The village has quaint restaurants and shops, and close by you can explore the mountain town of Golden, BC. During the winter I recommend winter tires. We do not allow parties to be held at the home. Please be respectful of the condo and the neighbours. Before making a booking, please ensure you take the following rules into consideration. These rules are only enforced when a one-day booking can block off a large open stretch. Please feel free to ask if you are unsure if your booking interferes with these rules. We will do our best to be accommodating! 1. One night stays are only allowed on weekends if you are making a reservation less than 8 days from the check-in date (unless your booking fits in between other longer stays) 2. One night stays are only allowed on weekdays if you are making a reservation less than 15 days from the check-in date (unless your booking fits in between other longer stays) 3. Minimum of 3 nights stay if your check in date falls on a weekend (Friday, Saturday or Sunday as check in day) Please be Advised* April 1st to May 15th, Highway 1 East of Golden, BC will be periodically under construction and will require a detour. The highway from Calgary towards the condo will be affected and may require a 2.5 hour detour via Highway 93 and Highway 95 during the dates in question. Guests travelling from Revelstoke will not be affected. September 15th to November 30th, Highway 1 East of Golden, BC will be periodically under construction and will require a detour.
