Art work hanging everywhere. YES there is HEAT and HOT WATER in the loft. Seemingly transplanted from the streets of Brooklyn, you can feel the life coming off the walls of this beautiful building. The furniture, fixtures and fixings are all reclaimed and refurbished to bring personality back to this once-bustling department store. The ceilings are high, the rooms vast and the space is brought to life by contemporary, unique design. The entire building has become a canvas for the owner, a NYC Creative Director bringing his vision to life on a newer, grander scale. Door the with "Y" in a circle on second floor is your entrance. If the door is locked, please look at the lockbox for the key to enter, and do not forget to put it back please.
