Bethpage Golfers Paradise! Pool/Hottub/Large Yard

A 3 wood away from the golf course, we are literally a minutes walk away from the Bethpage Black. We have rented to former world top 10 golfers the last 4 tournaments. Back yard with heated in ground pool & hot tub, master bedroom with brand new en-suite and 3 large bedrooms, newly renovated open plan large living and dining room area, full English style bar in lower level, cabana style pool shower, plenty of parking. Great for the whole family! Large family home, comfortably sleeps 8-10 (master bedroom with brand new en-suite and 3 other large bedrooms, also a pull out sofa in the basement bar area). First floor has just undergone a major upgrade with an open plan kitchen/dining area with huge granite peninsula to complement the large modern kitchen, dining room and living room. Basement has a fully stocked bar leading out to a heated in ground gunite pool and hot tub in large back yard. Short walk to the Main town Centre with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping. Walk to railroad station with direct access to NYC. Beautiful beaches about 20-minutes away. Walk to the world famous Bethpage Black golf course, home of several Opens and 2024 Ryder Cup. The house includes all amenities. Private pool, yard, bbq, firepit, washer/dryer, large kitchen and dining areas. Outdoor grass with children’s play set. We have a tenant/home caretaker who takes care of the pool and hottub maintenance (the apartment is completely separate to the house and they do not share any of the space or property that you will be using, completely separate entrance to the house at the side, and there are no sections of the house that connect). We are easily available via text/calls and only a short distance away should any issues arise. A solid 3 blocks away from the golf course, guests will enjoy the location due to its extremely short walk to the golf course. 2 minute walk to downtown Farmingdale Main Street, with plenty of bars and restaurants, great local pizza and Long Island bagels! Plenty of drive space for parking and very short walk to Farmingdale train station which is a direct 50 minute ride to Manhattan. Short drive to our famous south shore beaches. Spend the day out east exploring the Hampton’s or hop on the train and head to NYC.
