Beautiful 2-story waterfront townhouse in Grand Prairie in a quiet suburban neighborhood however is around 11 miles to Six Flags Over Texas, AT&T Stadium & Verizon Theater. This townhouse has recently been remodeled and furnished with modern appliances. No carpet, all tile floor. Spacious living room, 3 bedrooms, modern fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Reverse osmosis water filter system, central monitoring alarm system. Two car garage that opens onto a walking trail by the water. I believe in our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene for this house in hopes it would make your stay more pleasurable. We always replace our bedding covers (duvet) with clean ones for new clients, so there is no need for a flat sheet. Our pillow cases have two covers on them. As a response to the recent worldwide Covid-19 concerns, we want to let our guests know that our cleaners use Lysol All-Purpose Cleaner Spray, Lemon Breeze,(Kills Germs )spray or 70% isopropyl alcohol to clean all faucets, switched, toilet seats, toilet handles, door knobs, kitchen countertops, dining tables, couches, inside of the refrigerator and bathrooms for your protection. Please carry your personal hygiene protection during the trip to maintain healthy sanitation practices. Be sure to wash your hands often and we wish you a safe and pleasant stay! The floors are vacuumed and steam mopped to ensure our guests will have a clean space. We also provide our guests with a Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System for clean drinking water(So you don't need to buy bottle water) . Our kitchen is fully equipped. We have a spacious laundry room with laundry detergent, fabric softener, new washer and dryer. For more security, we have a central monitoring alarm system for your extra piece of mind even in a nice neighborhood. Prior to your arrival, please text me so I can disarm the alarm system remotely. Walmart, Kroger, Target, and The Grand Prairie Premium Outlets are about 10 minutes away from the Town home. The Town home is around 15 minutes away from The Parks Mall and The Arlington Highlands where they have a wide variety of shops and restaurants to choose from! The entire town home. We are always a text or call away. Either of us would be happy to share information about the area, points of attraction, restaurant recommendations, etc. Both of us live about 15 minutes away so can be available if something arises. Parking preferable around the back. We have a two car garage as well as a small driveway on the back side of the house. Please no shoes in the house. Please leave your shoes in the garage so dirt will not be brought from the outside. This is a very common custom in Asia.
