Beautiful, cozy, newly constructed apartment on top floor of a multi family home located in a residential area. Large garden/lawn area. Walking distance to several grocery stores, convenience stores, pharmacies laundromats and restaurants. Close to all major modes of transportation and can be in Manhattan within 20 minutes via the Long Island Rail Road (5 min walk). About 15 minutes from JFK and 20 minutes from LGA airport with normal traffic. You have everything you need to make you feel right at home. Keurig coffee machine, full kitchen with everything you would need. For entertainment you have a 60 inch TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, and Showtime. Clean bathroom stocked with toiletries and essentials. Feel free to walk around the property and lay out on the grass on a nice warm day. Children are welcome to play on the grass as well. I’m always available by text and when possible I don’t mind socializing and taking guests around town upon request and depending on availability. Safe and peaceful residential area. The greatest part about staying here is the accessibility you have to go anywhere you wish! The Long Island rail road is a 5 minute walk. During peak hours it can take you to Manhattan in about 20 minutes with one direct train running quite frequently. During off peak hours I believe it runs once every hour, possibly more. Price is between $5-$7 depending on what time you ride and where you’re going. I would be sure to check the schedule online if you plan on using the LIRR. They’re are Many busses within walking distance that can take you to the E, J or F train in about 15-20 Min. From there you would take the train to Manhattan in about 30-45 min. This is your least expensive option at only $2.75. If you’re traveling by car you have many major highways near by such as the cross island pkwy, Long Island expressway, and grand central parkway among many others. Average time to Manhattan by car/taxi is 45 min- 1 hour depending on traffic.
