There are three bedrooms each with walk-in closet, full bathroom and wonderful views. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed and the other two have queen size beds. The kitchen has restaurant style commercial equipment with a gas oven, griddle, burners and grill. You can barbecue indoors! The living room is very spacious with a wall of glass doors that open to connect the terraza with with extra long dining table and views of the volcanoes. If needed we can accommodate up to 18 people, for an extra charge for every guest after 6. The open garage has space for one car and also has an outdoor gym with professional gym equipment. This property is filled with birds singing all the time and the most amazing views. Three bedrooms, four full bathrooms, one with well chair access, living room, kitchen, dining room, backyard terraza with jacuzzi (no hot water for the moment do to a malfunction) Large front yard as well, with a little kids pool. Outdoor bathtub for two, with hot and cold water and amazing views at night or day time. Outdoor bar for making your favorite drinks and outdoor bed to look at the stars at night. We have a crew of service providers that take care of the property to help you with anything you need. Known for having the best weather in the world, with it's year round 80f / 27c degree weather, Atenas was listed as one of the best places to retire in the world by AARP magazine. It is a very expat friendly town with many restaurants and activities. We are located in the mountains on the road from the San Jose airport to the Pacific coast. It's an easy drive of just 30 minutes to be on the coast driving over the Tarcoles bridge to see the crocodiles, and continue on to Punta Leona, Jaco beach, Manuel Antonio, and many more. From our house we can reach just about anywhere in the country and come back in the same day. We live in a gated community with neighbors from Switzerland, United States, Canada, Italy and Costa Rica. There is a bus stop not too far from the front gate of our community. There are also taxis and Uber available. You may park many cars on our property. The property have additional space for larger groups, separated with fance and separate entrance. This two rentals are connected for bigger groups.You can rent the two units for groups up to 19 guests for an adicional price.
