Destinations such as Dunn's River Falls & Dolphin Cove are 5 mins away! Our cheerfully styled 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse is part of a 13-unit gated community with a guard at night. This comfortable vacation home sleeps up to 6 persons. High speed internet is available throughout. The open plan living and dining areas offer leisure through: • A 48” smart HDTV • DVD player • CD audio system • Attractive artwork • Board games Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV, air conditioner, fan, and access to a balcony. Two of the 3 bathrooms possess bathtubs in addition to showers. The kitchen is stocked with all essential appliances, utensils and crockery for your use. Appliances include: • Refrigerator • Stove and oven • Microwave • Toaster oven • Toaster • Coffee maker • Blender • Juicer An experienced housekeeper, Linneth, is available to welcome you during work hours, clean and cook delicious meals from ingredients that you supply. If needed, she can help to plan meals and accompany persons to the supermarket to purchase food supplies. A generous tip to her is recommended. A 2-minute walk will take you to one of the most beautiful beaches in Jamaica, Old Fort Bay, a white sand private beach, 400 metres long. Here you can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, relaxing in a lounge chair or walking at sunrise or sunset. Experienced swimmers can swim out to the reef for exercise, enjoyment of aquatic nature and a stunning view of the bay and hills. You can enjoy: • All rooms of the house (except the loft) • A child-friendly pool • Green play area • Gazebo with seating • A barbecue grill • A beautiful white sand beach and view! (2-minute walk from the home) We are accessible via phone text, call or email (whichever you prefer). Linneth, our housekeeper, is available daily to cook, clean and address any need that may arise. An onsite supervisor is available for emergencies. Silver Palms is located within the Old Fort Bay neighbourhood, which is a gated community that controls access to residents and registered visitors. Consider renting a car for some of the time you spend with us. It facilitates you enjoying the attractions in and around the town of Ocho Rios or further afield. We are close to the highway that takes you to Kingston in one hour. If needed, safe taxis can be arranged on request. The Jamaican annual calendar is packed with all kinds of enjoyable activities such as reggae and dancehall events, fashion shows, carnival, independence and other holiday fetes, culinary and food festivals, art shows and of course, numerous types of sporting activities.
