Brand new main level one bedroom apartment. This brand new apartment has been developed with you the guest in mind. Whether your visit with us is for one night, a week, or monthly we want you to feel at home and enjoy your stay. We want it to be your little home away from home. I have designed this new home for you, my guest. Starting with the outside, I am sure guest will enjoy the wrap around covered veranda. A place to sit and relax and enjoy the neighbourhood. Inside this cozy apartment features a open kitchen / dining / living room area with a fully equipped kitchen, with décor that gives you a homely feeling. In the bathroom you will find a washer and dryer. The bedroom has queen bed with a closet and a dresser, lots of room for unpacking and for making yourself feel at home. There is also a cot. This apartment boast a lovely backyard with mature tree. Patio area has BBQ and seating area. Great for those hot days. This home is located down town and is within walking distance of the Exploits river, hospital, arena, cinema, playground , waterpark, cross country ski lodge and restaurants. At that time guest can get familiar with the space and ask any question that they may have. Neighbourhood is very quite and pleasant with friendly neighbours. There is a playground in the neighbourhood and the street has low level traffic.
