Cozy 2 bedroom house near airport in gated condo

The 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom place has all furniture needed for a nice and comfortable stay. The house is located in a gated community with very nice gardens, warm weather and the pool is just 2 short blocks away. It has a parking spot right in front parkway and equipped with all kitchen amenities. Washing machine for laundry and dryer. There are plenty of restaurants, ATMs, convenience & drugstore at walking distance.This neighborhood is the most peaceful and secure, very conveniently located. The house is very nicely decorated as seen in pictures. It is fully equipped with kitchen supplies, modern furniture, internet and Smart TV. 2 bedrooms with king and a bunker bed composed of one full and one individual bed. Aside from that, the sofa in the living room can convert to another full bed, plus a floor mattress that can be included upon request. The place also has a washing machine and a dryer available. The house is fully available for guests. I live close by and normally am available if needed. Please do not hesitate to ask for my presence, I love to interact and socialize with my guests, even though the default is a fully automated check-in and checkout with no need of personal presence. Neighborhood is very family oriented and very nice and quiet. It is close to city as a highway to the city is just 1 km away. But we are far enough to have the peace. We have all we need at walking distance, including convenience store, drug store, 5 restaurants, a paid gym, a phone shop. There are public buses coming to the main entrance of the condominium but I do recommend moving in Uber, me or a trusted assigned driver, or renting a car. Both bedrooms have AC. Please be careful when parking try not to run over the plants that divide two garages (the other is the neighbor's)
