Stay in a private house that is well appointed, and has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, a full bathroom, living room, and a lovely back yard. Granite countertops throughout the property, and modern furnishings. The living room couch also folds out into a bed (futon). We have made available some special extras during your stay including tasty coffee! Guest Access: You will have access to the front door of the home via a smartlock code that is valid for the duration of your stay. The Neighborhood: This cozy house is steps from the very best that the historic Irish neighborhood of Dogtown has to offer. Great restaurants, shops, Forest Park, and the St. Louis Zoo are all a short walk away. The neighborhood is centrally located, not more than 10 minute drive to anywhere in St. Louis! Welcome to your home away from home. Getting Around: Plenty of safe, quiet street parking is available in front of the house. Taxis are available anytime and cost about $15 to get to anywhere else in town. I prefer Uber, which is a private driver service. Enjoy your stay! Other Things to Note: The HVAC is a European style mini-split air system which is installed in 3 areas of the home. Guests are expected to read the instructions near the units on-site prior to use.
