Private Room in Brand New Luxury Condo Apartment

Private Room in bright and quiet, fully equipped cozy apartment (open kitchen, living room, washing room, a balcony, and your own bathroom with a hot shower) located in the 4th floor of a brand new gated living complex with 24/7 security (super safe and conveniently located). The living complex has a swimming pool, a gym, green areas, a rooftop with a 360° view of the city, a co-working space, WiFi in every common area, a Yoga Deck, a Zen Garden, a BBQ Area, and a fire pit. The 786 sq ft apartment is located right in front of the elevator (easy access) in the 4th floor of the first of the 12-floor living complex's 2 towers. When you get in, you'll find the kitchen on your right side, with all the appliances you may need to cook your favorite meals (two-door refrigerator, built-in oven, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, mixer, rice pot, slow cooker, water heater, breakfast nook, and much more), and the washing room on your right side, with a wash pile, and a washing tower (washer + dryer). Moving further in, you'll see a round dinning table for 4, and the exit to the balcony, with a view towards the west and the beautiful sunsets that it entails. The living room will be on the left-hand side, with a 3-seat L-shaped sofa, an adjustable height coffee table, book shelves with +120 books in Spanish, English, German, Portuguese, and Italian, a 60'' OLED UHD 4K Smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, Spotify, YouTube, (Hidden by Airbnb) Play, and an IPTV service with + (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) channels from all over the American continent, and a Nintendo 64 for the nostalgic gamer. The guest bathroom is located next to the living room. Your 107sq ft room is equipped with a full-size murphy bed, an adjustable desk, a 2-panel sliding door closet, and a window with a Day & Night Blackout Shade System to adjust the sun light's entrance for better sleep, as well as the room temperature to your own liking. All windows in the apartment, and the exit to the balcony, are also equipped with a retractable bug screen to protect you from those lousy mosquitoes no one likes. The living complex has one main entrance that you can enter through by car or foot. The tower where the apartment is located is the closest one to that entrance. If you come in by car, you can use the guest parking spaces located in the parking lot's first floor, and then go up, walk past the swimming pool, get to the tower at the end of the hallway and walk through the tower's main entrance. There are other 4 entrances to the tower that can be used as well. The complex is secure and surrounded by a fence, so you can walk freely and securely around the whole complex whenever you feel like going for a strall. Outside of the complex, you'll be in the north part of the capital, San José, so walks are recommended only during day time. There's a small supermarket right on the main street, and a Walmart about 0.62 miles away from the complex. You can also find a clinic close by, and the center of the city is located south of the complex, about 0.99 miles away (20min walking distance). There are multiple bus stops where you can also get buses to the city, and right outside of the complex, you can find cars for rent if you have the Kinto App on your phone. A professional cleaning lady comes to the apartment twice a week to help us with cleaning, so you can rest assured that the apartment will always be in perfect conditions. DURING COVID-19 Due to everything that has happened during the pandemic, the condo's administration has decided to take measures to mitigate the risk of infection in the condominium. At all entrances and upon reaching the elevators, you will find gel alcohol dispensers to wash your hands. In addition, the use of a mask is required for everyone when leaving the apartment and walking around the complex. It has also been decided to restrict access to all amenities for residents only. If your stay is longer than 3 weeks, we can add you to the list of residents; however, if it is shorter, they cannot be used.
