Single room with Queen size bed sleeps two. Dresser with mirror and a second drawer on hard wood floors. Cable Tv with remote, HBO, Showtime, Prime Video, Wi-Fi throughout the house. Bathroom and shower directly across from the room. This bathroom is for AirBNB guests only. Also has a small walk in closet. The house is 1 minute from Interstate I 65. 15 minutes to Purdue University. 15 minutes to the Tippicanoe mall. 10 minute walk to Meijer, Starbucks or Copper Moon coffee shops. The room is in a 3 bedroom 1 level ranch style house located in a quiet residential neighborhood. You have your own full bath and an additional bedroom converted into an office that's included in the booking. Guests have access to the room and bathroom exclusive for AirBNB bookings. Guests are allowed to use fridge, coffee bar, and microwave. The Fridge is stocked full of bottled water. And a coffee bar in the kitchen. That has a Keurig, regular coffee maker, or a pour over for delicious coffee anytime of the day or night. Guests can contact me through the AirBNB site by texting or calling anytime! This is a great residential neighborhood. Primarily single families reside in the addition. Everyone is friendly and out going. Nice park with a walking path and basketball courts. You can always find people walking there dogs and playing outside with kids! Getting around is easy. Very close access to Interstate I 65. People are always out walking and riding there bikes throughout the neighborhood! 10 minute walk to the city bus routes that can take you any where in the city! Guests are basing their reviews of the room and bathroom. The house is kept clean and tidy all the time. But would prefer guests to limit the evaluation on those two only, and not seeing a spider web in the corner of the living room. Or a plate left in the sink!
