Marazul: A quiet place, 3 blocks from the beach.

Two-floor house, ideal for couples or families with children. It's located next to a park with a unique calm, populated by trees and plants of different types, called "Paseo de la Aguada". The house is perfect for resting, the place is really safe and one of the best beaches of Maldonado "La Playa Mansa" is three blocks away from the house, so you can easily walk there. The city of Maldonado with all its services is aprox. 10 blocks away, but there are plenty of shops closer to the house. Seven people can comfortably enjoy the house, with a double bed and five single beds (two bunk beds and one simple bed). Besides the house has also a grill and a front garden ideal for enjoying with your couple, your family or friends. The area is really quiet, with almost no cars going around and a pleasant silence. Not long ago the City Hall of Maldonado set a surveillance post on Paseo de la Aguada, which further increased the security of the area. There is public transportation, three blocks from the house, both for going to Punta del Este or Maldonado. Anyway the place is great for biking or walking and shopping in the nearby stores
