Serendipity is a short stroll away from an amazing stretch of beach perfect for a lazy afternoon stroll...away from the populated South and West Coast beaches, Swimming is not recommended however, for those interested in surfing,the famous Soup Bowl in Bathsheba Is a stones throw away. This Studio Apartment is a comfortable accommodation for two on the first floor of the (website hidden)'s Private balcony is ideal for dining in or simply admiring the breathtaking ocean view. The unit offers decadent bath amenities, comfy linen and is equipped with a basic self catering kitchen. We also offer two portable beach chairs ,yoga mats and a picnic basket for your convenience. If you're dreaming of that perfect rustic retreat to recuperate and rejuvenate the mind, body, and soul , all the while creating lasting memories...you've stumbled upon it! HELPFUL TO KNOW ~Great spot to get-away-from-it all! ~Located on the famous East Coast - surf mecca Soup Bowl jus around the bend. ~Many small tidal pools found along the beach perfect for an afternoon frolic or seashell discoveries. ~Rental car recommended -supermarkets, restaurants and nightlife are approx 25 minute drive either direction ~Best suited for those looking for a quiet stay ~Swim with CAUTION and pay attention to any flags indicating swimming conditions may be dangerous ~Small minimarts nearby to re-stock mostly basics. Main supplies you'll need to go into town-Bridgetown, Speightstown,Holetown or Warrens ~Historic Speightstown, St.Nicholas Abbey, Morgan Lewis Mill and Andromeda Gardens are all nearby. An amazing Restaurant has just opened up at the Animal Flower Cave, perched majestically on a Cliff, it is a must! ~Complimentary local breakfast items for your first morning. Consists of waffles, eggs, jams and spreads, selection of teas and coffee. The Atlantic coastline of Barbados is often described as stunningly beautiful and is a favorite vacation spot for locals providing a tranquil and peaceful place to unwind and truly relax. Whether you are up for the first dawn rays bringing in the new day, soaking up the sun on a lounger or watching the silver moon rise over the ocean, you will be mesmerized by the views and your front row seat at nature's daily show! There is public Bus system that runs from Speightstown to Bathsheba between 9am and 10pm. It arrives on Cattlewash on the following hour (10am) and every two hours thereafter (12noon,2pm,4pm etc) For general shopping / necessities, there is a small shopping mall located just off of the BUSSA ROUNDABOUT called SKYMALL and a supermarket on the inside (MASSY STORES) with a wide selection of familiar brands. It's approx 15mins from the Airport enroute to Serendipity. There is also (Massy Stores) located in Holetown (35 minutes away) or Jordan's Supermarket located in Speightstown (25 minutes away) where you can purchase most familiar items. Nearby in Bathsheba and Bellplaine (5mins either direction of Serendipity) there are two small corner stores that stock basic needs. Serendipity is a short stroll away from one of Barbados’ longest stretches of beach – Cattlewash Away from the populated South and West Coast beaches, Cattlewash is an ideal spot for calming seaside walks. Swimming is not recommended but for those who can handle a surf board, the East Coast and nearby Bathsheba is highly rated for those looking for some wave action. Beach walks, beach combing and checking out the rock pools at low tide are popular for those looking to stretch their legs!
