Private bedroom,clean and cozy, queen size comfortable bed, full kitchen and bathroom, wi-fi, cable TV. The room is in the main level where is one more room for Airbnb quests with separate entrance. On the level is just two bedrooms and one share bathroom. The room has private entrance. Washer and dryer machine for guests who stay one week or more we also provide towels, soap and hair dryer.In my home is only hardwood floor, no pets, is also smoke free house. Furnished deck, bbq, gazzibo, easy access to public transportation. Grocery stores, post office, restaurants, bank are within walking distance. Your car can to be park in driveway or street. We are located in nice neigborhood, 20 minutes to SEA-TAC airport, 20 minutes to downtown Seattle by car or Sounder train, 20 minutes to Tacoma.10 minutes we are from salt water beach. Day trip to Sol-Duc hot springs, Mt. Rainier,Portland, Vancouver or Victoria BC, ST MT Helen. Hosts live upstairs but will not bother you.I will be when you need information about city or things to do in the area. Our guests has access to full kitchen, free laundry for guests who stay 6 days or more nights, garden and deck with bbq, fire place. My house is locate in good , quiet neighborhood,walking distance to restaurants-Chinese, Indian, Vietnamese, Mongolian, Mexican, McDonalds, Starbucks, teriyaki, pizza, grocery stores, banks.
