Our cozy private rooms are located in the 4th floor of our family-owned hotel conveniently located 10 minutes away from Lima's international airport. Our accessibility to the airport gives our guests the ideal rest place before continuing their journey in or out of our country. We are also located a taxi away from the tourist areas of Lima and Callao. Our 22 years in the hospitality industry and our renovated rooms will give our guests the comfort away from home they are looking for! Our AIRBNB guests will have access to our 4th floor, which has been exclusively designed with 10 rooms with private bathrooms, twin beds and 1 towel for their comfort. We have also furnished a common room area exclusively for AIRBNB guests with a kitchenette and appliances to have a home feel and for guests to DYI their meals. Guests also have access to the rest of the hotel premises, such as restaurant and bar, lounge area, and services, such as front desk assistance and request of transfer or tour services at an additional cost. -Private rooms located in the 4th floor -Private bathroom in room with towel -WIFI free of charge -Common lounge room with kitchenette, appliances and TV -Access to the rest of premises of hotel I will be greeting and welcoming our guests when I'm in town. Due to work I travel a lot, however my team will be able to welcome and assist each one of you at all times. We are located in the province of Callao, the same area where Jorge Chavez's international airport is located. We are close by to the airport, 10 to 15 minutes depending on traffic. Although Callao is not a prime tourist area, we have Mall Aventura Plaza just a couple of blocks away, where our guests can find from supermarkets, restaurants and shops, to a fitness center and entertainment places. Around the corner we have banks, shops, supermarket, salon, exchange currency places, police station, a church and restaurants. We are located 15 minutes away from La Punta, the shore of Callao with restaurants and tourist areas. We are located 30 minutes away from Downtown Lima and 45 minutes from Miraflores. We recommend our guests to take private taxis that they can order at front desk or they can download on their phones and order directly. We also have transfer services that can be requested at front desk as well. -Even though we love our fur babies, we can't host guests with pets at our premises -All children and minors under 18 must come with their parents in order to check-in. If one of the parents is not present, adult must show legal guardian documentation. -All guests must check-in at our front desk in the first floor -Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
