Charm and peace in Rio Vermelho - 2 bedrooms

This is my home, cared for with great affection and care. There are about 120 square meters, a large two-bedroom apartment in a familiar vibe building on Rua Alagoinhas, the region where Jorge Amado and Zélia Gattai lived for many years. My home calls for creativity, peace, love and affection. Be welcome! We are surrounded by a lot of greenery and a lovely neighborhood, full of lovely people. The building is relatively old, but has an elevator. My apartment is on the second floor. My house is special because here everything is done with love. There are details like books, cushions, nature paintings, as well as the surrounding green. The living room is spacious and has a beautiful balcony where you can have your breakfast. The kitchen is very bright and is equipped with everything you need. The two bedrooms are large and airy, each with a double bed. Both have a fan and air conditioning. The bathrooms are large and bright. The apartment is ideal for 4 people, but I have a single mattress in the service room that can be placed in one of the bedrooms or in the living room to accommodate a fifth person or child. Guests will have access to all spaces in the house: two bedrooms and a service room with bathroom, living room, kitchen, service area and balcony. Part of the bedroom cupboards are emptied so you can put and store your things. Another part is occupied by my personal objects. Please be careful. The house has many small and fragile objects, so I ask that guests be careful and avoid breaking anything. If you do, please don't forget to let me know! We will give all possible support so that you have a wonderful experience in Salvador. My neighborhood, Rio Vermelho, is full of history, bohemia and interesting people. Allow yourself to walk around here! My house is in a calm small area of the neighborhood, despite being close to all the fun, it is on a residential street, next to a small square. That is, you have both the hustle and bustle nearby and the calm you need to rest. Rio Vermelho has many bars, restaurants, music venues, theater, churches and is where the Festa de Yemanja takes place on February 2nd! It is a place full of energy and history. You can also walk to one of the most popular beaches in the city, Buracão, which is about a 15 minute walk. There are bus stops near the house, getting off at Lucaia, at Rua Conselheiro Pedro Luiz or on the waterfront. If you come by car, it is easy to find places to park on the street. Uber is practical for all types of travel, arrival and departure from the building. - There is a caretaker during the day in the building and a doorman in the evening, both very kind. The building is small and has only 15 apartments, that is, we are in a familiar and cozy place. Feel free and be respectful to our neighborhood =) - Pay attention to the checkin time: between 14h and 19h. If you need to arrive outside of this period, I ask that you do not book instantly.
