Bass Lake full views Cabin, near Yosemite

EXCEPTIONAL VIEWS!! Home is nestled on the south shore of Bass Lake. Sierra Nevada Pines & Cedar trees overhead. Views of the lake are spectacular! Enjoy the quieter side of the lake with less traffic, more space and easy access to the boat launch. Millers Landing Resort & Restaurant, and The Forks Resort & Restaurant, are within walking distance. The best sunset views on the lake from the beach area in front of the cabin.. "Take a Deep Breath,, You're at the Lake now" A place like no other. This property is located mid way down the lake with exceptional views of the lake and sunsets. Much of the home is original Knotty Pine from 1947. Close proximity by boat, car, walking, bike to Miller's Landing for great burgers and ice cream or same distance to the Forks with breakfast lunch and dinner. Includes boat slip but must be reserved 2 weeks prior to arrival. Access to the whole house, outside BBQ patio, parking in front of the cabin for 3 vehicles, beach access, and boat slip. Boat slip must be reserved 2 weeks prior to arrival, and dock rules for guests must be observed. The cabin is on the quieter side of the lake with the cabin facing North. The cabin is under trees which keeps the cabin nice an cool. We have window a/c in the upstairs great room. The lower floor is built into the hillside making the downstairs nice and cool throughout the summer. There is parking for about 4 vehicles comfortably. RV parking is not allowed, nor is boat trailer parking. The driveway is steep. Oakhurst is a 15 minute drive with two grocery stores to select from. There are also two popular eateries within a mile of the cabin in each direction. The Forks is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and "Millers Landing" is open for lunch and dinner with great ice cream. RV parking is not allowed. Boat trailer parking is available in designated location at the boat launch, near the dam. Due to Bear activity on the mountain, guest are required to haul off trash each day to trash dumpster just pass the Fork's Resort on the lake side each day. Trash left on site upon check out will be charged a $50 dumping fee.
