Exclusive, Balinese-inspired, beachfront estate with direct access to a half mile of pristine white sand beach on Long Bay. Just minutes from the fashionable west end of Anguilla, Nevaeh is heaven spelled backwards and this top-of-the-line retreat certainly lives up to its name. Perfectly suited for multi-generational families, groups of friends, milestone celebrations and weddings. 9 luxurious bedrooms are spread between the main house and guest house to optimize privacy. 7 have king size beds and ensuite bathrooms and 2 have 2 queen beds and share a full bath and separate powder room. 4 bedrooms also feature separate outdoor showers and all rooms have air conditioning, telephones, televisions, BluRay DVD players and Ipads. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen adjoins the Great Room and al fresco dining terrace, and the adjacent media lounge provides hours of entertainment with a 70" television, BluRay DVD player, XBox and Sonos sound system that plays throughout. The guest house features a separate kitchen/living room. A split-level, heated infinity pool and large hot tub overlook the beach and ocean. For watersports enthusiasts kayaks, sea scooters, stand up paddle boards and snorkeling equipment are provided. Nevaeh's other recreational diversions include a lighted tennis/basketball court, well equipped gym, golf simulator room, beach volleyball, ping pong table and 9-seat movie theatre. A full staff including a supervisor, butler, housekeeper, laundress and handyman attend to all guests needs along with an on-call property manager and concierge. 2 golf carts and a UTV are available for guests to explore the local village and visit nearby beaches and restaurants (cost of local driver's permit is additional.) Two rate packages are available: Classic rates include meet-and-greet, pre-stocking service, welcome refreshments, personal laundry, telephone calls to the US, UK & Canada, wifi and Netflix. Heavenly rates also include a full-time chef, daily breakfast (cost of food for lunch and dinner is extra), select open bar with top shelf spirits and round-trip arrival and departure ground transfer on Anguilla. Nevaeh can be rented with 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 bedrooms and children are welcome. A baby crib and highchair, along with extra beds are available on request. The villa is suitable for guests with limited mobility. Minimum lengths of stay and size of villa booking requirements vary.
