Two bedroom 80mts square apartment with 2 complete bathrooms, terrace with view to sunset and city, perfectto enjoy sunsets every afternoon during summer time. New apartment with top high quality furnitures. Very comfortable and beautiful building to enjoy gym, pool and beautiful green view. The building has a spectacular semi olympic pool, a nice space gym. One playground for kids and roads leading to the river. It is pets friendly! It is important to know that because of COVID situation, there is a pre booking for the gym and the pool 24 hours in advanced. They only allowed 2 people in each area per hour. I send the procedure to book each area once we get in contact. We have supermarkets, pharmacies, embassies, hospitals, resturants, cinemas in the neighborhood. Very friendly to walk around and it has many parks around. Sabana Park, is only 15 minutes walking distance. Ubber works super good in this city. There is a taxi station one block away from building, some buses 4 blocks away from building. We have 24/7 security at the building.
