Comfortable studio with own private entrance and private bath. The bed is a queen size. You have a small sofa to relax and a flat screen television with Comcast cable and internet access. The kitchen has a full size gas stove & microwave. Comfortable wooded setting. Hiking trails nearby. Convenient location off I-80, between Napa and SF. Space is a downstairs bedroom conversion roughly 400 sq ft. *Pet Friendly with gated front deck and park down the street. Own private entrance, queen size bed, cozy. You have a private bath. A small kitchenette is provided. You are able to access the whole space as it is completely private from the home and you will not be disturbed. Front deck has outdoor seating and BBQ area that you can enjoy. The host will have minimal interaction. We are both busy professionals that are in and out. We will not have any interaction but always available if you have any questions or concerns. Wooded setting, deer and wild turkey in occasions will stop by yet a hop away from the freeway. Starbucks, Raley's, Laundry Mat and bus stop all walking distance. A 5 minute drive to the BART station. San Francisco is 25-30 minutes away but do not get caught in traffic (URL HIDDEN) is not fun.
