Gorgeous Pacific ocean side villa

Comfortably furnished, our one year old villa is located in a small gated, beach-side community with a pool, spa and 24 hr. guard service. The tri-level house has first class amenities and a wonderful home away from home feeling. From the foyer, the open plan first floor flows comfortably. To the right is a dining room with a table for 6 and a fabulous, gourmet kitchen complete with granite countertops, stainless appliances and a breakfast/sitting bar with stools. To the left is a living room with 42" TV, Bluray/DVD, a pantry/storage and full bathroom. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer and more storage is easily accessible. From the dining/kitchen area there is a securely enclosed patio and small garden area with gas barbeque. The second story has 2 bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed and full bathroom with large glass enclosed shower, separate over- sized tub and double sinks. The second suite has a queen bed and en suite bathroom with glass enclosed shower. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets and private balconies with ocean views. The upper lever has a bedroom with a full/double bed and a bathroom with shower. There is an upper concrete patio deck perfect for entertaining and watching the sun set. Wireless internet and air conditioning throughout adds to your comfort. As our guest, you will have full access to all areas of the house. There is a community pool, spa and dip pool with both mens and ladies bathrooms for showering off when coming from the ocean. There is also private beach access. Because we travel, we will be available via internet and (Hidden by Airbnb) . However, our good friend and house manager Donald and our lovely housekeeper Stephany - both English-speaking - will be sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. Puerto Cayo is a small fishing village located on the Pacific with lots to offer. Beach palapa style restaurants offer abundantly fresh seafood and shellfish for ridiculously low prices. Try the local ceviche which is awesome. Or, barter with the fisherman as they come in with their fresh catch. All types of fish, prawns, lobster and other shellfish can be purchased very inexpensively to cook at home. 30 minutes away is Puerto Lopez where you can take a boat ride to Isla de la Plata (the "Poor Man's" Galapagos) to hike and snorkel. SCUBA is also available. Surf or boogie board is often an option with some days offering good waves. In and around Puerto Cayo, there is excellent hiking and birding places. Visit Machalilla National Park or go north 20 minutes to the Pacoche Jungle and see Howler monkeys and myriads of tropical bird species. If arriving by plane to Manta or Guayaquil, we have a driver who can pick you up for an additional charge, paid direct to him. There are small moto taxis for around town and plenty of regular scheduled local buses to go to the larger towns of Jipijapa, Puerto Lopez or Manta.
