The room is private with private bathroom, it has 1 Queen size bed & 1 Full size bed, a flat screen TV with cable, WiFi & Free breakfast for all guests. You are going to LOVE my breakfast. My house is very cozy, super clean, beautiful, with a central garden inside the house, it is a colonial house of more than 160 years old. Guests can use all spaces of the house and kitchen. I love interacting with guests, telling them about my history, my family, telling them about our culture and meals, I love giving them advice on places to visit and how to make their stay a pleasant and safe place. Guests can always ask me questions before arriving at the house by email, chat or phone calls. I love my street because it is so safe, beautiful, central, privileged location, beautiful architecture and close to all the places of interest such as restaurants, galleries, bars and historic centers. If you are flying into Nicaragua best option from the Airport to Granada it´s a private car Price range from $40 - $50 US Dollars. If you are coming into Nicaragua from Costa Rica or Honduras once you are in Granada you can eather walk or get in by taxi. If you are driving in in your own car or a rental I always recomend to all guest to park you car outside my house (We have a security guard). But we also have parking lots which will charge you about 3 US Dollars. Places of interest: family activities, nightlife, the city center. You will love my place because of the location, the people, the atmosphere, the outdoor areas and the neighborhood. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children), large groups.
