Modern Studio Guest Suite

Studio guest suite with private entrance on a view lot on the bench in Terrace. Perfect for business trips. Recently renovated, calming, modern space with all the amenities. Spacious bathroom and brand new kitchen with all the essentials for cooking your own meal. Guests have access to their own in suite washer and dryer located in the bathroom. Guests have their own, private access to the suite. When looking at the house from the street, it is on the right, west side of the house. Guests are also welcome to sit out in the backyard and enjoy the view! Owners live in the rest of the house with two children. We have done our best to soundproof the suite but noise from the children and our Bernidoodle, Pippa, can be heard from time to time. The owners are available in person or by phone for questions or help troubleshoot. The house is located in an established quiet residential neighbourhood overlooking the city and some of the mountains surrounding Terrace. The city centre is a 15-20 min walk down Skeena View Drive. Trails to Terrace mountain are very close by. No smoking in the suite or in the outdoor alcove.
