Two elegant and spacious bathrooms with rain shower are as nice as the private pool, the fully enclosed tropical garden with lush flowers and plants, a terrace with 4 loungers, a private deck with comfortable outdoor seating and dining area for 7, an outdoor gas BBQ for fun filled evenings overlooking the pool and listening to the sounds of the ocean, monkeys and all varieties of birds. An open layout includes an elegant kitchen island with a professional gas stove and oven, a large refrigerator/freezer with ice and filtered water dispenser, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all the necessary cooking utensils and small goods. An indoor dining area for 6 people as well as a very comfortable lounge and TV area with a large flat screen satellite TV complete this wonderful relaxing and comfortable set up. Gated parking on the property and a fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer are additional amenities for your convenience. Terrace with outdoor dining area and built-in barbecue. The property has a private studio that functions as the 3rd bedroom to receive a total of 6 people, 4 people in the main house and 2 people in the studio. The Studio is only rented as an addition to the house. It has a queen bed, ceiling fan, private bathroom with hot water and a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden and pool. We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by world health organizations and use protective equipment to help prevent cross-contamination. All frequently touched surfaces are sanitized, e.g., doorknobs on every door. We clean each room using cleaning checklists. We provide additional cleaning supplies for you to clean during your stay. We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleanliness regulations. Pet Friendly Policy Pets are only allowed in the houses under previous authorization and there is an extra charge of $30 for the stay of each pet, depending on the property a maximum of one or two pets are allowed, this payment of $30 for each pet is paid in cash at check in.Pet Friendly Conditions: Only dogs are allowed, no other type of animal. Please note that pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets, to third parties or property furnishings. Dogs are not allowed to climb on beds, couches, hammocks or any other furniture. The pet cannot sleep on the beds, it must bring its own bed or something provided for this purpose. If the house has a swimming pool, the dog may not enter it. If your dog is used to climb on the furniture, it is preferable that you bring your own sheets and towels, to avoid any inconvenience. Please be sure to pick up your pet's droppings from the property. We reserve the right to refuse admission to pets that cause a nuisance to neighbors during the stay. To leave or enter the property you must always keep your pet on a leash. Your pet may not be left alone in the property at any time, to avoid disturbance to the neighbors by barking as well as damage to the property. The pet may not be bathed in the bathrooms or showers of the house and the towels of the house may not be used to dry it.in any of the above mentioned cases, the security deposit will not be refunded, or will be partially refunded. The last check in we do is at 7:00 PM, if you are coming later please let us know ahead to coordinate your check in. Late check ins have an extra fee of $20 from 7pm - 9pm. Late check ins from 9pm - 10 pm have an extra fee of $50. NO late check ins after 10pm.
