Spacious 2 story townhome 2BR/2B near SJO airport

This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 2 story home is located in a colorful Tipica Costa Rican neighborhood. Experience the REAL Costa Rica, with friendly neighbors, shops, schools, churches, and even a mall all in walking distance. Expect to see kids playing in the streets, vendors selling goods throughout the day, and neighbors travelling on foot to and from work. My home is conveniently located near (7 miles) SJO airport and local attractions like volcano Poas! This is a 2 story home with a beautiful and functional kitchen (my favorite room) great for families and self-proclaimed chefs. :) In addition to all major appliances, the kitchen, has a toaster, toaster oven, food processor, coffee maker, electric can opener, blender, foreman grill, electric kettle, and all the pots and pans you need to cook or bake with. There is also a grocery store and convenient store in walking distance and a small garden in the back. :) On the main floor is a large front porch and once you enter the home there is an open concept to the living room, dining room and kitchen. There is also a full bathroom on the main floor and a comfortable sofa that coverts to a sleeper that can accommodate two people. The second floor has a large full bathroom and two large bedrooms. The master has a queen sized pillow top mattress with lots of comfortable pillows. The master also has beautiful mahogany wood floors as well as a mounted tv. The second bedroom is large and easily sleeps and accommodates two adults. There is a futon and lots of extra pillows and sleeps for the space. The second bedroom also houses the home office. This room is situated to take advantage of maximum natural light and is ideal for increased productivity. Lots of thought was taken into maximizing the space to have the comforts of the US and charm of Costa Rica. You will have access to the ENTIRE house. I am only a phone call away for whatever you need. I can be reached via text message, email, or (Hidden by Airbnb) . My spouse and I are not always in Costa Rica but will always have a person (family member) to come and help you out if there is a problem with the house. We also have connected with a variety of tour providers and a person that you can contract for Spanish classes if you are interested or as a guide and interpreter. Feel free to ask any questions before or during your stay. The neighborhood is amazing! Everything is in walking distance. There is the panaderia, a local bakery, at the end of the block. Open the window and waken to the smell of fresh baked bread as early as 5 am. There is also a small convenient store at the end of the block. Less than 2 blocks away is a public park with exercise equipment, a basketball court, and soccer field. You should also feel extra safe, the Heredia Police Station is also 2 blocks away. Finally whether you like to cook or dine out this neighborhood has everything you need. There is a large grocery store near by and nearly 1/2 a dozen restaurants to choose from whether you like Chinese food, want local Costa Rican cuisine, or wish to stick to well known chains. This is an attached 2 story home so houses are close to one another. The neighborhood is vibrant and lively throughout the day. Expect to see children playing in the streets and vendors selling goods as well as neighbors walking to and from their destinations. There are bus stops near by that will take you anywhere in you need to go. There is also a neighborhood taxi driver that lives 3 doors down! :) The front porch converts into a garage. If you have or plan on renting a small compact car you can house it in the garage. If you have a larger vehicle that does not fit do not worry. There is free street parking directly in front of the house.
