This cozy direct waterfront home is perfect for the family(s) getaway. The cottage is located on All Sports Upper Silver Lake and has 70' of private sandy bottom frontage. The getaway is centrally located within a mile of the entrance to the ORV Dunes Area, minutes away from down town Silver Lake, 20 minutes from Pentwater, and 30 Minutes from Ludington. The spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath cottage will sleep 12 comfortably. All Bedrooms have quality Linens and bedding. The Main floor has 2 bedrooms, one is a spacious Master Suite with a King Bed with private bath, the second with a queen bed. The upper level has 2 bed rooms with a (1) queen bed and (2) twin beds in each bedroom. Along with a central "hangout" area between with a full size futon. The large kitchen is well appointed with all the comforts of home. Well stocked condiments, and spices along with all the cookware and appliances you could need. Coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, waffle maker, griddle you name it we try and have it stocked for you. We provide a gas and charcoal grill along with all grilling items needed for smoking a pork shoulder on the Weber or grilling burgers and hot dogs on the gas grill. Leading out of the main Family room area to the large covered deck you can relax and enjoy the fabulous sunrise views of Upper Silver Lake, enjoy 70 feet of private frontage, with an additional 30' of shared association beach area and floating swim dock right next to the cottage. Upper Silver is an All Sports Lake and has a no wake before 11AM and after 7PM for peaceful mornings and evenings - great for fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Enjoy all Sports activities from 11AM-7PM. The shallow sandy bottom water front and is great for swimming. The vinyl dock is large enough to dock your boat or pontoon if you chose, or feel free to enjoy the(2) Standup Paddle Boards the (2) kayaks and paddle boat we provide with the cottage.
