Space to rest

This space is located about 500m from a main bus stop (Soda La Vaquita) and has hourly bus access to and from San Jose (1.5hr), Jaco (40mins), and Orotina (15min). It's hot during the day and slightly cooler at night. If you bring a vehicle, especially during rainy season, a 4-wheel drive vehicle is necessary. My partner and I live in the house next door along with two dogs, and we will be happy to assist you with any questions. Please note we do not accommodate stays shorter than 30 nights. It is the small house that is available for rent. The owner is currently living in the larger house next door. Areas outside in common are shared. Usually calm, quiet neighborhood, except for the next door neighbor's current construction work and other neighbors' sometimes loud weekend parties. Please note there is no bed structure, only a full size mattress on the floor. Also, there is no hot shower available. A part of the floor area under the kitchen sink has a rough aspect and texture to it which is left from a previous construction.
